Can you print a custom decal from my picture or design?
In order to print a quality image we generally require a vector-based image or an image with resolution of 300 dpi (dots-per-inch) or greater. Common picture files such as jpg, gif, png, and bmp will not print well in their current form and require some form of graphic editing or reconstruction. In many cases we can take your image or idea and make it print ready. How do I apply my Fanadecal EP Decal?
It isn't difficult to apply your Fanadecal. You will get the best results by taking your time, working with a partner and following the installation instructions closely. How long will my Fanadecal EP Decal last?
Fanadecals are created using high quality durable adhesive films. We carefully apply only the best inks in order to deliver a product with long-lasting vibrant colors. Factors such as temperature, exposure to sun light, precipitation and wind will effect the life expectancy of your Fanadecal. You can expect a product which will continue to look great for years.

Can I remove my Fanadecal EP decal?
Yes. Should you wish to remove your Fanadecal, it will come off by peeling the film. Starting in one corner, use a razor blade or utility knife to separate the film from glass surface. Continue to carefully peel your Fanadecal from the surface until you have removed the entire decal. Use the razor blade knife to remove any excess film or adhesive that remains on the window surface.

I want a custom design. How does that work?
Specially customized Fanadecals decals are limited only by imagination and creativity. Fanadecals can be created using virtually any image. We can apply your ready-made design or have our graphic editors and creative artist create a unique project using your logo, pictures, drawings or text. Visit our products page for more information.

What is your return policy?
All Fanadecals standard line products can be returned for 30 days from the date of purchase for any reason as long as it is returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Should you wish to return your Fanadecals products, you must call or email our offices for a return shipping number. We will not accept returns for damaged, installed, incomplete or any custom products.
If your Fanadecals is delivered damaged, contact the shipping carrier immediately. If we made the mistake, standard ground shipping charges will be refunded in addition to your purchase price.
