Fanadecals™ SC Decals are similar to IP Decals. They are created by applying a screen printed graphic to a static cling film (Note: We can also print onto additional substrates.) using the ContraVision® North America patented XR visual technology (XR standing for eXact Replication). This patented process consists of applying a uniform layer of small black dots applied to a substrate. White dots are applied directly atop the black, thus providing a vibrant print surface for the desired graphic. The graphic is then screen printed onto the dotted surface. The result is a high-resolution image on one side with little more than a tint on the reverse. Dot size (ranging from 60 to 16 dpi) and spacing are customizable allowing us nearly complete control over image opacity vs. transparency. This process can be reversed to create internally-mounted products.
